Das will doch nicht etwa den verstaubten Althexen Mania und Walpurgia überlassen bleiben. So sehen es jedenfalls Bibi Blocksberg und ihre Junghexenfreundin Schubia, die gerne etwas mehr Schwung in diese Traditions-Veranstaltung bringen wollen. Doch ein Problem: Junghexen ist die Anwesenheit an diesem Tag verboten. Und auch Bibis Mutter Barbara scheint da keine rechte Hilfe zu sein. Alles jedoch kein Grund für Bibi und Schubia klein beizugeben.
